Therapist Self Care

It’s something all clinicians may experience – when the job becomes nothing but work, and every day feels a little bit longer, a little bit duller, than the last. It’s something that many clinicians might not know how to talk about with peers or mentors, but it’s something all clinicians should have the resources and toolbox to handle: burnout in the workplace.

As the year draws to a close, we understand that many clinicians may be experiencing higher amounts of burnout than average. What many may be unaware of is that we offer a handful of courses designed to help you the therapist understand your own burnout while simultaneously completing and earning continuing education credits!

We’ve put together a list of courses we believe will both support your own understanding of personal self-care and give you tools to help your clients and even your colleagues with their own struggles with burnout. Check out the list today…
