About the Course

Treatments aiming to reduce cannabis use in regular users have focused on psychosocial and psychological interventions such as cognitive–behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), contingency management, and voucher incentives for reductions in cannabis use. This systematic review assesses which treatment (or combination of treatments) is most effective at reducing cannabis use.

  2. 2 Identify the various treatment options for cannabis use disorder includnig CBT, MI, MET and Contingency Management.
  3. 3 Apply the treatment that best suits clients give their specific issues, cluding severity of dependence and cannabis related problems.
