About the Course

This course examines Contingency Management (CM) in patients with co-occurring disorders. Success was measured by treatment retention, reduced symptoms and drug-free days. While there was no difference between CM vs the non-CM group, there were wishing group differences. Also retention was better in the CM group, which translated to a dramatic increase in revenue.

This course is based on the reading online article, Contingency Management for Patients With Dual Disorders in Intensive Outpatient Treatment for Addiction created by Thomas M. Kelly, PhD et al in 2014.
