About the Course

This course offers a succinct overview of the depth psychology of C.G. Jung. It presents an uncomplicated positive method to help clients to remember and give form to their dreams. Using dream writing as a therapeutic process, the approach teaches clients how to develop a relationship with their unconscious and to recognize personal and transpersonal themes and characters that reflect and reveal the dynamics of both their negative and positive complexes. They learn to develop those themes and characters through visionary meditation and numerous exercises, first as a healing therapeutic process, and later as a tool for ongoing emotional health and creative development.

This course is based on the book, Night Wings created by Dr. Nelson
