About the Course

In Five Simple Steps to Emotional Healing, Gloria Arenson describes and ardently recommends "Meridian Therapy," a technique stemming from acupressure that allows people to decrease their levels of stress without professional help. Known more popularly by variations such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), BSFF (Be Set Free Fast), and TFT (Thought Field Therapy) Arenson provides a basic introduction to the method. By tapping on eight different spots on their bodies, practitioners can alleviate anxiety, the impacts of trauma, compulsive behaviors and any number of other difficulties. Note: "Energy psychology is considered an experimental therapy pending further empirical support of its efficacy."
