About the Course

More than any time in the history of the field, policy makers and payers are stridently insisting that, to be paid, therapists must “deliver the goods”. The Outcome Rating Scale and Session Rating Scale are ultra-brief, in-session measures that have been demonstrated to improve psychotherapy outcomes. This manual outlines the development and validation of the ORS and SRS. Guidelines for administration, scoring, and interpretation are provided. Instructive case examples are offered to enhance the use of the measures in clinical practice. NOTE: Unless you have the course material already available to you, this course material can be purchased from the author by clicking the link “Get Course Material.”

This course is based on the reading online article, Administration and Scoring Manual for the Outcome and Session Rating Scales created by Scott D. Miller, Ph.D.
