About the Course

Windy Dryden, one of the key experts in the field of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy  (REBT), shows how it is possible to work very briefly with people in both a therapy and coaching context. In these times of increasing need and limited resources, Professor Dryden considers that  therapists and coaches need to be flexible and be able to offer a range of services to a varied clientele. For a variety of reasons, time is at a premium and therapists and coaches are called upon to work very briefly with people. If they wish to rise to this challenge, particularly if they already have a background in cognitive-behavioural interventions, they will find this book of value.

This course is based on the book, When Time Is At a Premium: Cognitive- Behavioural Approaches to Single Session Therapy and Very Brief Coaching created by Windy Dryden in 2016.
