Physical Therapist
Twenty-four (24) hours of continuing education (CE) must be completed within the current biennium for which the license is being renewed. Of the twenty-four (24) hours, no more than twelve (12) hours may come from home study courses, no more than five (5) hours may come from risk management courses, and no more than three (3) hours may come from HIV/AIDS courses. Two (2) hours must be on Prevention of Medical Errors, and for first renewals only one (1) hour on HIV/AIDS is required.
Yes You can use Impact CE for renewing your PT credential.
Any course accepted by Florida Board of Physical Therapy is applicable to the PT credential.
