About the Course

This course is based on the 2019 book by Daniel M. Cable. In this book, social psychologist and professor Daniel M. Cable explores the reasons for employee disengagement and dissatisfaction, and reviews the neurobiological reasons behind motivation and engagement. This book/course explores ways to maximize employee creativity and engagement for the benefit of employers, employees, and companies.
