RI Consulting has been contracted by the Minnesota DHS to provide Certified Peer Specialist training. This is the only approved training for the certification of mental health peers. RECERTFICATION:
The CE requirement for CPS renewal is 30 hours every 2 years. Per the Minnesota DHS, at the moment there is no certification board for the mental health peers nor is there an official recertification process.
