Impact CE's distance-learning courses meet the continuing education requirements of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation – Nursing, accepted under our ANCC approval.
These hours count toward your 80 CE credit hours, but must cover specific content.
Nurse
nurses who work with children in their professional or official capacities must complete mandated reporter training at least every 6 years. if a mandated reporter receives licensure from the Department, they can use the training towards meeting their required continuing education hours.
Illinois RNs who provide health care services to and have direct patient interaction with adults 26 years of age and older will be required to complete a one-hour course in diagnosis, treatment and care of Alzheimer's disease, along with other dementia types. This course may count toward the regular CE requirements
one hour of Implicit Bias is requred. A licensee may count this 1-hour completion of this course towards meeting the credit hours required for re-licensure continuing education/CE
