Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

4 hours of continuing education in cultural competency

APRNs who are registered to dispense controlled substances have to complete 2 hours of Continuing Education related to the misuse and abuse of controlled substances.

An advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) is required to complete trianing related to evidence-based suicide prevention and awareness within 2 years
after initial licensure. Every 4 years thereafter, at least 2 hours of training is required related to
evidence-based suicide prevention and awareness. 

Credential Renewal
45 CE credit hours required for renewal.

Yes You can use Impact CE for renewing your Advanced Practice Registered Nurse credential.

Any course accepted by NSBN is applicable to the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse credential.
