About the Event

This webinar begins with a brief introduction followed by an overview of IFS and Polyvagal Theory, focusing on safety, co-regulation, and in relation to IFS concepts of Parts & Self. Participants will engage in experiential exercises and practice, exploring how Polyvagal Theory informs IFS techniques. After a short break, the session continues with hands-on practice and specific Polyvagal-informed interventions. The webinar concludes with a summary of key takeaways and a Q&A session.
