Participants will explore the core principles of this approach, drawing on neuroscience and Polyvagal theory to understand the impact of trauma on the internal system. Through experiential practices and practical examples, attendees will learn to work with parts, apply essential tools and techniques that promote internal connection, and cultivate the role of the compassionate 'Self' in healing. The workshop will touch upon integrating parts modalities, including IFS, ego states, and Jungian, to address common clinical challenges in trauma treatment.
