Supporting the Perinatal Journey: A 3-Part Massage Therapy Series
About the Series
Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring profound physical, emotional, and physiological changes that can significantly impact a client's well-being. Massage therapists are uniquely positioned to provide safe, effective, and supportive care throughout this journey—but many practitioners report feeling uncertain about best practices, contraindications, positioning, and treatment planning for perinatal clients.
Join massage therapist and educator Jenn Taylor, LMT, for a comprehensive three-part series designed to build confidence and competence in prenatal and postpartum massage care. Beginning with foundational safety considerations and progressing into advanced prenatal techniques, participants will gain practical skills for supporting clients throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Through clinical insights, demonstrations, and real-world applications, attendees will learn how to safely adapt sessions, address common discomforts, recognize contraindications, and provide individualized, client-centered care. Whether you are new to perinatal massage or looking to deepen your expertise, this series will equip you with immediately applicable techniques to enhance your practice and better serve this growing client population.
