Live Events: Spark Single Year membership does not include live event access. If you're interested in live events, consider the Ignite membership.
Books: While we have an extensive E-Book Library available to our Spark Single Year members, books purchased at an outside retailer such as Amazon or Guilford press will not be covered. Exam fees will always be covered.

For self-paced course exams, credit requires passing an exam. You're allowed 2 attempts to pass with a score of 75% or better. If after 2 attempts you do not pass the exam (this is rare), you can pay the regular exam fee for an additional attempt, or simply choose another course exam — which would of course be covered by your membership. This limitation addresses approval organizations' concerns.
