This course has students review the Florida Laws and Rules and tests their knowledge regarding these statutes.

FL Psychologists – This course, plus at least 1 credit hour in Ethics meets the requirement set by FL Board of Psychology.

FL Social Workers, Counselors, MFTs – this course does not address the Laws & Rules requirement for your profession. Instead take Course 102084 for that requirement. This course can be taken for general CE hours however.

This course may be taken once per renewal cycle.

He draws upon his years of expertise as a practicing psychologist, administrator, researcher and technologist to help universities evaluate their programs to implement, meet, and maintain CACREP standards.

Target Audience

This course is recommended for psychologists who are licensed in the State of Florida and who seek knowledge about their state laws and regulations related to the practice of psychology. It is appropriate for all levels of participants’ knowledge.
