About the Course

For people who struggle with perfectionistic tendencies, life can be a perpetual rollercoaster. This book explains how to keep uncontrolled pessimism in check while using perfectionistic tendencies to one’s advantage. Using an interactive approach, Dr. Basco engages the reader through self-tests and other self-assessment tools. The approach used is based on Cognitive-Behavioral principals designed to help the reader learn how to help him/herself achieve a happy life balance.
