About the Course

As evidenced by recent media attention, bullying and cyberbullying are significant problems in schools across the world. The focus of this article is to evaluate randomized-controlled trials (RTCs) conducted between 2000 and 2013 to assess the effectiveness of school interventions on bullying and cyberbullying. The results of the authors’ literature review demonstrates that while there is evidence that programs aimed at reducing bullying can be effective in the short term, their long-term effectiveness is not clearly established.

This course is based on the reading online article, Interventions on Bullying and Cyberbullying in Schools: A Systematic Review created by Elisa Cantone, PhD et al in 2015.
