About the Course

For those who are trained in the EMDR Model (who have completed Basic Training) to expand their skill set and understanding of the Resourcing Phase (Phase 2). Go beyond the safe place and container, to create modifications based on the client’s needs and wants. This training will cover a brief overview of Resourcing as taught in Basic training, the need for phase 2 from a neurological perspective, and different techniques to adapt resourcing for your client’s needs. Clinicians who are comfortable and knowledgeable in Resourcing can then utilize creative ways to adapt to their clients, making this phase more helpful for clients and processing.
This training will provide clinical practice of the skills to help Clinicians increase comfortability with the tools and utilize them with their clients.

This course is based on the recorded webinar, In Depth Look At Resourcing (Phase 2) of the EMDR Model: How to Adapt It for Your Client created by Jennifer Mercer-Castro, M.A., LMFT in 2023.
