About the Event

Up to 25% of the population experience muscle pain at some time, many with stiffness and poor performance as a result. With the prolonged time spent sitting while using technology, who has time to stretch these days? As people become less active, the body tends to stiffen, resulting in reduced flexibility, painful movements and limited functional performance. Stiffness can result from the underuse of motion or overuse, leading to injury and stiffness. In this live interactive webinar you'll learn how to get fast results to restore mobility and relieve painful stiffness with reflex techniques that trick the body into moving with greater ease. Specialized stretching techniques make it easy to restore mobility and function using MET/PNF. When poor flexibility is the issue, using specific types of muscle contractions can trick the body into allowing greater motion using neuromotor reflexes. Reciprocal inhibition, post-isometric relaxation and other reflexes can facilitate the stretching process and improve flexibility. Examples of muscle energy stretches are illustrated with guidelines for clinical use to improve range of motion, ease tension related pain, and promote functional mobility quickly with measurable results.

Live Event
This live online event will be held as a Zoom Webinar. Attendees will have the option to interact through features such as the Chat and Q&A, but cameras and microphones will not be enabled.
