About the Event

This session aims to explore the ethical responsibilities of clinicians in fostering a culture of belonging through the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within clinical practice. Participants will examine how DEI impacts patient care, team dynamics, and organizational culture, and how they can actively contribute to an environment that supports all individuals' well-being.
