Impact CE's distance-learning courses meet the continuing education requirements of the Maine Board of Licensure of Professional Counselors, accepted under our NBCC approval.
These hours count toward your 55 CE credit hours, but must cover specific content.
Every credential below carries the same requirements.
Each requires 55 CE credit hours to renew.
Impact CE’s distant learning courses are available for continuing education credit for professional counselors, as set forth by the Maine Board of Licensure of Professional Counselors.
55 credit hours by your licensure renewal date (every 2 years by the end of the month from date of initial license).
All 55 hours may be earned through formally developed distant learning courses. Our courses are considered “formally developed courses”.
4 credit hours must be in professional ethics.
CE Learning Systems has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 5951. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. CE Learning Systems is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
