Examples of three successful US communities that have implemented these polices and lessons learned are included.

Jacquelyn received a Master of Arts in General Psychology from Marietta College in Marietta, OH in 2015. She is licensed with the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board as both a clinical and prevention professional and worked in the substance abuse treatment and prevention field in Ohio from 2015 to beginning her current role in April of 2020. Jacquelyn is currently the CEO of a behavioral health organization which operates both a youth residential treatment facility and an acute inpatient psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents. She enjoys volunteering with various community organizations as well and currently serves on her local Mental Health and Recovery Board.
