About the Course

Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) are the conditions in the environments where people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age. They affect nearly everyone in a wide range of health, functioning, and quality-of-life outcomes and risks. This workshop will explore the key areas of SDOH and how impactful they are in our client’s lives. Learners will be provided with resources to explore the impact of SDOH with clients.
