Physical Therapist
30 CE hours are required for every 2 year renewal period. Of the 30 hours, 4 hours must be in Basic Life Support and 2 hours must be in Ethics, Laws and Regulations.
EXCEPTION: If you are in your first 13-24 months of licensure in California and renewing your license for the first time and your renewal payment was submitted to PTBC on or before the license expiration date, you're required to complete 15 CE hours. The special requirements still apply-- 4 hours in Basic Life Support and 2 hours must in Ethics, Laws and Regulations.
Yes You can use Impact CE for renewing your PT credential.
Any course accepted by PTBC is applicable to the PT credential.
