About the Event

Concussion management has evolved significantly over the past decade, with growing evidence supporting early, individualized, and active rehabilitation over prolonged rest. This two-hour, evidence-based course is designed to provide rehabilitation professionals with the knowledge and clinical tools needed to confidently assess, treat, and guide patients through every stage of concussion recovery. Participants will explore the pathophysiology of concussion, current clinical guidelines, differential diagnosis, and comprehensive examination techniques.

Attendees will learn evidence-based rehabilitation strategies to address common post-concussion impairments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan. The course will also discuss return-to-learn, return-to-work, and return-to-sport decision-making, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and criteria-based progression to safely restore function and optimize outcomes.

Live Event
This live online event will be held as a Zoom Webinar. Attendees will have the option to interact through features such as the Chat and Q&A, but cameras and microphones will not be enabled.
