A licensee applying for license renewal shall complete a minimum of 12 CE hours of qualified activities for maintaining continuing education during the preceding annual renewal period.
At least once every 6 years from the date of initial license issue or from date of last completed training program in suicide assessment, treatment, and management that is pre-approved by the board, each licensee shall complete a training program in suicide assessment, treatment, and management that is pre-approved by the board. Any course accepted by Kentucky Board of Licensure for Occupational Therapy (KBLOT) is applicable to the OT credential.
