Licensed Professional Counselor
Professional Counselors, Marital and Family Therapists and Clinical Pastoral Therapists are required to complete ten (10) clock hours of continuing education during each calendar year. Anyone with 2 licenses must take 30 hours of CEs each 2 years Anyone with 3 licenses must take 40 hours of CEs each 2 years In each case at least 10 hours directly related to each license held must be taken Three (3) clock hours of the two (2) year clock hour requirement shall pertain to the following subjects: (i) professional ethics; and/or (ii) Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 63, Chapter 22; and/or (iii) Official Compilation, Rules and Regulations of the State of Tennessee, Chapter 0450-2.
Yes You can use Impact CE for renewing your LPC credential.
Any course accepted by Tennessee Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Marital and Family Therapists and Licensed Pastoral Therapists is applicable to the LPC credential.
